| 摘 要： | 随着我国竞技健美操运动的蓬勃发展,高校已经成为我国高水平竞技健美操人才培养的主要基地。高校竞技健美操运动的开展状况,不仅影响着我国高层次竞技健美操人才质量和竞技水平,而且直接关系到高校竞技体育以及校园体育文化的健康发展。为此,高校领导必须加大对竞技健美操运动的重视程度,构建完善的管理机制。本文对山西高校中竞技健美操运动队的管理现状及其策略进行研究探讨。

| Abstract: | With the vigorous development of China ’ s competitive aerobics , college has become the main base for our high level of competitive calisthenics talents .Conduct of College Competitive Aerobics , not only affects the quality of aerobics talent level and high -level competitive sports , but also directly related to college sports and the healthy development of the campus sports culture .To this end, the university leadership must increase the em-phasis on athletics Aerobics , build a sound management mechanism .This paper makes analysis on management strategy of college aerobics sports team in Shanxi province . |
