| 摘 要： | 为切实推动江苏省网球运动的可持续发展,提高后备人才的培养质量,通过文献资料法、调查法、对比法等研究方法,对江苏省内竞技网球后备人才的培养体系进行研究。依据现阶段江苏省网球运动发展的现有条件,提出:体工队(体校)专业化培养、网球学院式培养、教育系统内的大—中—小学"一条龙"培养、俱乐部式和家庭式等多模块培养模式。实施对策:加强和创新体育系统内专业化培养模式,政策引导和干预教育系统内"一条龙"培养模式,引导并发展俱乐部式和家庭式培养模式等。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively promote the tennis sport and sustainable development of Jiangsu province , im-prove the quality and talented quantity , this paper using literature review , compared to other research methods , according to the development stage of Jiangsu Province Tennis existing conditions , offered to sports team （ sports school ） specialized training , tennis training base in Jiangsu Province （ China Tennis Academy ） , the education system the large -medium -primary school “one-stop” training and club-style, family-style training and other multi-module training mode , in order to improve Jiangsu athletic talented tennis competitiveness and sus-tainable development of power . |
