| Abstract: | The smart city community construction based on popularizing cultural knowledge employs the new technology via the Internet of things, cloud technology, mobile phone, NEEMO and the technology of constructing com- munity intelligent material system, which can promote the development of intelligent community service and man- agement. The success in the intelligent community construction depends on the change of community management system, the government＇s continued support and residents＇ own efforts. |
