| 摘 要： | 随着"健康第一,终身体育"的口号,高校体育相应的做了很多的改革,体育课程包括体育显性课程与体育隐藏课程,体育隐藏课程对学生以间接、内隐的方式进行教育,让学生在体育行为过程中获得体育技能,知道自己生理与心理所需,继续进行体育锻炼,在高校体育中起到重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Along with the slogan of ＂health first, lifelong sports＂, college physical education makes a lot of re- form including physical education curriculum sports dominant curriculum and hidden curriculum, sports hidden curriculum for students in the form of indirect, implicit education, lets the student in the sports behavior in the process of sports skills, know their physiological and psychological needs, continue to take exercise, play an im- portant role in college sports. |
