| 摘 要： | “名刊”“名栏”工程在中国高校学报史上是一个新生事物,是教育部为发展繁荣哲学社会科学、加强高校学报建设而制定的重大举措。要创建“名刊”、“名栏”,必须树立品牌意识,形成品牌效应;根据自身资源优势准确定位;强化编辑的精品意识。
