| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是为解决高校经济困难学生无力支付学费、生活费而发放的财政贴息贷款，是运用经济手段资助高校经济困难学生顺利完成学业的重要形式。在推行过程中，由于部分学生的不守信、恶意拖欠，导致银行借贷的困境。要解决这一问题，就要在学生中深入有效地开展诚信教育。

| Abstract: | The national student loan,as a financial deducted interest loan,is an important economic means to help those deprived college students complete schooling who can't afford their tuition and alimony.However its practice suffers the banks' reluctance of loaning caused by some students' bad faith and malicious arrear.Through the analysis,the article suggests that sincerity education should be carried out among college students with more depth and efficiency. |
