| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题的产生，是由于大学生的就业预期存在着标准偏高、结构失衡、理性程度不足；用人单位对大学生的认识存在误区；以及高等教育人才培养存在弊端等原因综合作用的结果。要解决好大学生就业问题，政府应加大宏观调控力度；高等教育应加快改革与发展的步伐。

| Abstract: | The paper holds that the difficulty of college graduate＇s employment is due to the exorbitant expectation, ill-balanced and irrational employment preference of the graduates, the employer＇s misunderstanding of the employees and the educational defects of the higher education, etc. To solve these problems, government should reinforce its macro-control over the issue; colleges and universities should accelerate their step of reform and development. |
