| 摘 要： | 在西部大开发背景下,只有超常规地加快少数民族教育立法工作,才能促进少数民族教育事业的跨越式发展.需建立完善的少数民族教育立法体系,从实际出发制定相应的民族教育法规,不断完善其基本内容,并加强民族教育执法监督力度.

| Abstract: | In education, the legislati Western Development , in order to promote on of ethnic education should be accelerated the great-leap-forward development of ethnic Efforts should be made to establish and improve a legislative system for ethnic education, work out laws and regulations of ethnic education according to reality, consistently optimize the basic contents of the law and strengthen supervision over ethnic education law enforcement. |
