| 摘 要： | 为了使篮球课从"阶段体育"向"终身体育"转变以及篮球竞技水平的不断提高,在高校篮球教学中,心理学认识在篮球训练和比赛中的作用日益显著,并取得了不错的教学成果。本文就从心理学知识在篮球教学以及篮球训练和比赛中的应用等方面进行简单论述。

| Abstract: | In order to improve basketball lesson from the"stage sports "to"lifetime sports"and score continuous improvement of competitive level of basketball in college basketball teaching,psychological understanding of the basketball training and competition play an increasingly significant role,and have achieved good teaching achievements. This paper,from a psychological perspective,discusses the application of psychology to basketball training and competition. |
