油轮排放压舱水时安全性能的研究

摘    要:本文以一起油轮爆炸事故为例,对油轮排放压舱水时的静电安全性能进行了探讨。在调查研究的基础上,探讨了该油轮爆炸的原因——可能是船上加热用的蒸汽管道漏气,在舱内形成了很强的静电场,这时恰有一孤立导体(手电筒或铜棒)跌落舱内,产生了静电放电火花,引起爆炸。为杜绝类似事故,本文提出了相应建议。

Abstract:This paper, starting from an explosive accident, evaluates theelectrostatic safety of tankers during ballast water draining. Based on the investiga-tions and analyses of this accident, the paper indicates the cause of the explosionas follows: The steam pipe fixed in the tank for heating leaked and spray ed a lot of steam,which formed a very high static electrical field in the tank. Just at that time,an isolated conductor (a copper rod or a flashlight) was falling into the tank.Because of the spark discharge, the explosion happened. Finally, some suggestions are put forth in this paper to avoid this kind ofaccident.
