| 摘 要： | 完善科技中介体系对于国家创新系统结构的优化和效能的提高具有十分重要的意义。本文对科技中介组织从广义和狭义两个方面进行了界定，并进行了分类。分析了我国科技中介体系存在的问题，从转变政府科技管理职能、完善法律政策环境、为科技中介组织创造发展空间和营造公平竞争的社会环境等方面提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | It is of great significance to perfect the intermediary service system of science and technology to the structure optimization and the efficiency improvement of National Innovation System. In this paper, the intermediary service organizations of science and technology have been defined from the broad and the narrow aspects and have been sorted. The existent problems in the intermediary service system of our country were analyzed. Pertinent measures and suggestions to these problems have been discussed from the aspects of transformation of the government function to manage science and technology, perfection of law and policy environment, creation of development space for intermediary organizations, construction of fair social environment and so on. |
