| 摘 要： | 公田制这种农田体系使农民形成一个个以村庄为地理单元的共同体.相对于庄园制,从村庄共同体的角度来审视这一时期的乡村社会,可以看出,村民集体在农牧生产管理中拥有一定的"自治"权利.他们可以制定关乎村庄共同体利益的村法,这些村法涉及到耕作、放牧、拾穗以及整个村庄农田的调整等经济事务,这样的乡村基层呈现出很强的"自治"性.

| Abstract: | The public field system has enabled peasants to form independent communities.In comparison to manor system,the vil-lage community can be helpful to know the autonomous rights of farmers in the management of agricultural productions.They can make regulations regarding common interests.These regulations are concerned about economic affairs such as farming,grazing,gleaning and the adjustment of the farmlands.Such communities have shown obvious tendency of"self-government". |
