| 摘 要： | 高职高专教育新模式下的学生思想多样，需要及时掌握他们的思想状况，做好心理疏导。学生思想、心理状况的调查分析对更有效地制订、实施高职院校学生思想政治教育策略有着举足轻重的作用。本文通过对高职院校学生的思想现状及UPI问卷调查、分析，结合自身实际总结出适合高职院校学生的思想教育与管理对策。

| Abstract: | Under the new teaching mode of higher vocational education in China, students have a variety of ideological activities, which needs our student supervisors to master the current students＇ ideological state in time. And the survey and analysis of the state plays a great role in formulating and implementing the ideological education strategies in higher vocational colleges. This paper comes up with the countermeasures for students＇ ideological education and administration through the analysis of students＇ mental activities based on the UPI questionnaire. |
