| 摘 要： | 以中学生为研究对象,以锻炼态度量表和身体自尊量表为测量工具。通过对1191名中学生的调查,结果表明：中学生锻炼态度（除了行为认知和主观标准以外）及身体自尊存在性别差异,男生的积极性高于女生;中学生锻炼态度与身体自尊之间有显著的相关性;行为态度、行为意向及行为控制感对身体自尊的预测作用最大,其中行为控制感最为明显。
