| 摘 要： | 混业经营是当今银行业的发展趋势之一 ,它不仅仅是形式上的混业 ,其实质是使市场资源配置效率得到提高。本文运用博弈论的观点和博弈论的经典案例 ,分析我国银行业现正处于加入 WTO后金融市场并未完全放开之前 ,应选择走混业经营的道路 ,并且应是“渐中趋快”的思想 ;在分业向混业经营转变过程中 ,就监管方面提出了两点建议 |

| Abstract: | The comprehensive management is one of the trends of banking development, which improves efficiency of the allocation of resources in essence as well as in form. After analyzing that Chinese banking is facing the entry into WTO and the inperfect opening of financial market, it is concluded that the model of comprehensive management should be fulfilled in our country based on the game theory and the typical cases of the theory, and should go along the way of “being quicker in slowing”. During the transfer from exclusive management to comprehensive management, two pieces of advice are put forward on inspection. |
