| Abstract: | Network teaching and research is the only way for today's teachers to grow professionally,which can help teachers to promote research by teaching and promote teaching by research.Starting from the connotation and necessity of network teaching and research,this paper expounds the specific strategies of network teaching and research to promote teachers'professional growth,in order to promote the normalization and effectiveness of network teaching and research in teachers'professional learning,and finally promote teachers'professional growth. |
