摘    要:目的/意义]对高校图书馆智慧服务的改进和发展方向进行研究。方法/过程]通过对当前高校图书馆智慧服务进行分析,总结高校图书馆服务模式智慧化的发展方向,并运用技术发展模型对图书馆智慧服务的动机、机会、能力等因素进行剖析,以服务功能迁移和服务分层设计为研究路线,打造图书馆智慧服务评价指标体系,提出图书馆智慧服务评价指标体系的功能实现和发展方向。结果/结论]完善智慧服务理念、拓宽馆藏知识结构、打造团队服务理念、建设智慧服务环境是未来图书馆智慧服务的核心。高校图书馆智慧服务评价指标体系研究对图书馆如何建立科学的智慧服务模式提供了有效的参考。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]The paper studies the improvement and development direction of smart service in university libraries.Method/process]The paper analyzes the current university library's smart service,summarizes the development direction of the smart mode of university library service,utilizes TAM model to analyze the motivation,opportunity,ability and other factors of the library's smart service,builds the evaluation index system of library's smart service by taking the service function migration and service hierarchical design as the research route,and puts forward function realization and development direction of evaluation index system of smart service in university libraries.Result/conclusion]Improving the concept of smart service,broadening the knowledge structure of library collection,building the concept of team service and building the smart service environment are the cores of the future library smart service.The research on the evaluation index system of smart service in university libraries provides an effective reference for a library to establish a scientific smart service mode.
