摘    要:北京市中小学教师继续教育工作在启动、实施与持续发展中产生了不同类型的文献。这些文献在政策保障、方向指引、经验积淀、理论提升以及量化反映、深度揭示与直观记录培训资源等方面都存在重要的学术价值。相关工作者应高度重视这些文献的学术价值。

Abstract:Different types of documents and records come out of the implementation and continuous development of primary and secondary teacher continuing education in Beijing.And these documents have significant academic value in terms of policy guarantee,direction orientation,theoretic upgrading and recording training resources.Workers concerned should attach great importance to the academic value of these documents.
