| 摘 要： | 中国共产党肩负着带领全国人民建设小康社会,实现继续推进现代化建设,完成祖国统一,维护世界和平与促进共同发展的三大历史任务。党的执政能力直接关系到中国社会主义事业的兴衰成败、党的生死存亡和国家的长治久安。党要执好政,首先必须拥有一支能够充分发挥党员先进性的队伍。中国共产党要面对现实,正视矛盾,采取综合措施,狠抓党员队伍建设,以使共产党员真正保持其先进性作用的发挥,完成历史赋予中国共产党的执政使命。
