| 摘 要： | 不断发展的非智力因素研究,对创新教育是颇有启发的.动机、兴趣和情感共同构成创新的动力系统,意志和性格则是创新的可靠保证.学生应该有意识地锻炼强化非智力因素的优良品质,在非智力因素的形成过程中不断激发自己的创造力,努力使自己成为创新人才.

| Abstract: | Innovation education is attracting more and more attention and studies on nonintellectual factors are keeping developing, which is surely heuristic for innovation education. Motivation, interest and sensibility constitute the dynamic system of innovation, while volition and character are its reliable guarantee. Students should consciously develop their strong nonintellectual characters and promote their creativity. |
