| Abstract: | In the course of the higher educational reforms started at the turn of the century, the universities of different countries established their new educational goals to train creative students. To realize the goal, they have tried to maintain balance between the general educationand professional education, attaching importance to competence development, promoting elicitation method and inquiry learning, and calling for the individualization of instructions. |
