| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法以10所普通高校体育教师为对象,对其选项课业务拓展状况进行调查与研究。结果表明：随着高校选项课项目的不断增设,教师的业务拓展已成为一种必然趋势,但新项目开设过于仓促、缺乏监督机制、教师培训力度不够、拓展面过窄等问题制约着教师选项课业务水平的拓展和提高,并针对这些问题提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,taking the physical education teachers from 10 colleges as research subject,this paper made study on the state of the expansion of their specialized teaching fields for the optional courses. The result shows that it has become a trend for the teachers to expand their specialized teaching fields,but the expansion and improvement of the optional courses have been restricted by many problems including haste... |
