| 摘 要： | 图书馆人才管理现状不容乐观,因此必须立足现实,从宏观与微观两方面科学解读图书馆人与图书馆人才,客观理解图书馆的家属,正确对待女性与老龄员工,精心管理、尊重、爱护图书馆员,做到人尽其才、有效沟通、加强培训,为员工营造宽松的工作环境,进而充分激发、利用现有人员的才智,变劣势为强势,推动图书馆事业的飞速发展。
