| 摘 要： | 分析了未来的卓越工程师应具备将自身技术与知识产权规则相融合的能力,将知识产权战略意识融入工程意识之中才可以在知识经济时代引领技术制高点。提出了在卓越工程师培养中应大力开展知识产权教育,培养具有知识产权战略意识的工程师,为实施知识产权战略,建设创新型国家提供人力资源支持。

| Abstract: | It is analyzed that the prospective excellent engineers should have the ability to integrate its own technology with intellectual property rules,and should put the intellectual property strategy consciousness into the consciousness of engineering.We should advocate intellectual property education actively for the trainee in the progress of excellent engineers training and make them realize the consciousness of intellectual property strategy which can provide human resources for building an innovative-oriented country. |
