| 摘 要： | 介绍了入世以来辽宁省利用外资情况的发展变化,总结了存在的问题。经过协整分析,明确了利用外资对经济增长的具体作用,提出了辽宁省吸收利用外资的建议：建立并完善吸引和利用外资的软环境建设,平衡利用外资的产业分布和地区分布,拓宽利用外资新领域,多元化引进外资。

| Abstract: | In Liaoning province and change in using the foreign capital after joining WTO is introduced and existing problems are summarized.Through cointegration analysis,it has been clear of the use of foreign capital of the specific function on economic growth and put forward suggestions of foreign capital in Liaoning province such as to establish and perfect the use of foreign investment,to attract the soft environment construction,to balance of the use of foreign capital industrial distribution and regional distribution and to broaden the use of foreign capital new field and diversification of introducing the foreign capital. |
