| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的今天,西部大开发不仅关系到缩小国内经济发展的地域差异态势,而且又直接影响我国争取中亚丰富矿藏资源的进口,具有重大的战略意义。由于西部经济发展的劣势明显,发展的进程只能是渐进式,不可能是突进式的。西部大开发必须重视有关政策的制定与落实,注重生态环境的建设与保护,充分利用市场操作的手段。

| Abstract: | Against a background of globalization in today's China, the Great Development of Western China can not only narrow the gap between coastal regions and inland area, but also has a direct effect on our striving for the import of the abundant mineral resources from middle Asia, which has a great strategic sense to China's national economy. Compared with eastern and coastal regions, the economical development in western area obviously lags behind, so the process of opening up western regions could not make giant strides within a short period, but march forward its success step by step. The government should think highly of its policy making-and-implementing on the development of Western China. Meanwhile, the government should also attach importance to the combination of environmental exploitage and protection, and make use of the role of market effectively. |
