摘    要:近几年青岛市把知识型员工作为城市发展的重要资源进行经营,采取多种有力措施致力于建设人才高地,形成了国内外人士普遍关注的“青岛现象”。开发和管理好知识型员工是扩大青岛开放程度、推销青岛城市形象、建设国际化大都市的决定性因素。青岛只有创造出良好的机制和文化氛围,才能赢得发展先机。青岛的希望在知识型人才,人才强则青岛强。

Abstract:In recent years Qingdao has regarded knowledgeable employees as an important resource in the urban development,taken many kinds of powerful measures in the construction of the knowledgeable employees' team,and formed "the Qingdao Phenomenon" which attracts the attention from home and abroad.Management of the knowledgeable employees is the determinant factor in the opening up to the outside world,building the image of Qingdao,and developing Qingdao into an international metropolis.Qingdao will develop fast if it has the good mechanism and the cultural atmosphere.The hope of Qingdao lies on the knowledgeable employees.If Qingdao has the excellent talents,it will be stronger and stronger.
