| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族不断发展的动力。高等学校是培养人才的摇篮，培养大学生的创新能力，要结合改革课程设置、改革教学方法、完善激励制度、开展好第二课堂，创造有利的条件，以促进大学生创新能力的发展，培养出具有更强的竞争力、更鲜明的特色，能适应时代要求的人才。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the motive force incessant development of a nation, and institutions of higher learning are a cradle of development of talents. The innovation ability of university students should be trained in combination with reform of arrangement of curriculum system and teaching method, further improvement of encouragement system, a good arrangement of the 2nd classroom and creation of favorable conditions. This is designed to promote the development of students' innovation ability, so as to bring up the talented persons who have greater competitive force, distinct characteristics and more adapted to the needs of the times. |
