| 摘 要： | 教育公正问题是我国高等教育大众化进程中倍受人们关注的焦点之一。目前,我国高等教育存在着东西部地区发展严重失衡、教育资源在不同阶层之间分配严重不公等问题。只有反思和重新确定政府职责,强化责任意识,关心弱势群体,加大投资力度,完善制度规则,才能确保教育公正的最终实现。

| Abstract: | The equality of education opportunities is one of the focuses of attention during the popularization process of higher education in China. At present, the development of education is seriously unbalanced in different areas and the distribution of educational resources is badly unfair among different strata. Only by rethinking and redefining the government responsibilities, reinforcing the responsibility consciousness, showing concern for weak groups in society, increasing investment and perfecting systems and rules can we finally achieve the equality of educational opportunities. |
