| 摘 要： | 对武汉市7个中心城区41个新型开发小区的调查结果表明，健身设施的人均面积仅达国家规定的下限，项目设置不尽合理，资金来源过于单一，游泳设施严重匮乏。分析认为：①应着手地方立法，尽快出台《武汉市体育设施建设和管理条例》；②加强政府引导，合理布局体育设施项目；③广开投资渠道，充分发挥开发商的投资积极性；④加大政府投入，逐步缓解游泳设施严重匮乏的局面。 |

| Abstract: | Investigation of bodybuilding facilities in 41 newly built residential areas in Wuhan revealed that bodybuilding facility per person did not reach the lowest national limit . There were not reasonable sport s event s for bodybuilding ; the resources of funding were not good ; and there were few swimming pools. In view of these problems ,regulations such as“Wuhan Sport s Facilities Const ruction and Management Regula- tions”should be made. Sport s event s suitable for bodybuilding should be int roduced. Resources for funding should be enlarged and the investors should be encouraged to get involved into fitness for all. More govern- mental investment should be made. |
