| 摘 要： | 文章主要阐述了实施素质教育对教师素质提出的要求，认为教师是实施素质教育的主体，教师队伍素质的高低势必要影响到素质教育实施的效果，因而提出，从业教师应具备四种素质：①职业道德素质；②知识素质；③身心素质；④能力素质。
