锂离子动力电池相变冷却实验研究

摘    要:制备了石蜡/膨胀石墨复合相变材料,并测试其热物性参数,搭建了相变冷却锂电池模块充放电实验台架.针对一个25并的锂电池模块,在低温,常温,高温等不同工况下进行电池充放电测试,得到电池模块不同测点的温升曲线,并探究了不同工况下放电结束时刻锂电池的最高温度和温度分布均匀性情况.研究表明,相变冷却对锂电池模块具有很好的控温和均温效果.

Abstract:The paraffin/expanded graphite composite phase change material is prepared, and its thermophysical parameters are tested. The charging and discharging test bench of phase change cooling lithium battery module is built. For a 25-parallel lithium battery module, the battery charging and discharging tests are carried out under different working conditions, such as low temperature, normal temperature and high temperature. The temperature rising curves at different measuring points of the battery module are obtained, and the uniformity of the maximum temperature and temperature distribution of the lithium battery at the end of charging under different working conditions is explored. The results show that phase change cooling has good temperature control and uniform effect on lithium battery module.
