| 摘 要： | 该研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对新时代背景下中国武术发展的若干问题进行思考，提出了若干发人深省的新见解、新观点。研究认为：（1）武术新定义是以拳势技击为主要内容，以传统文化为理论基础，以拳种为存在样式，以功法、套路、格斗三位一体为表现形式的一种人体技击文化。（2）针对套路"去操舞化"的时代命题，认为套路是由拳势组成的成路练习或格斗形式。套路的本质属性是以拳势为基础的连续攻防。采用与套路本质相匹配的"单对统一"竞赛模式，可有效破解套路发展的困局。（3）针对太极拳与健康的科研问题，建议回归太极拳健身机理的本质研究，由太极拳研究转向太极拳健身机理研究。（4）依据时代需求，建议以适应社会需求为原则，拓展与创新传统武术拳种的功能，客观理性地对待传统武术的发展问题。（5）学校武术发展应该"育"字当先，从以武育体，向育人转变，由"育人"格局确定学校武术体系。（6）武术国际化发展的海外传播策略，要从武术"走出去"向"走进当地人心中"调整，要从主体传播向主体间传承演进，从分享到共享发展。

| Abstract: | Literature study,practical experience and logical induction analysis were adopted to study the new development of the Chinese Wushu in the new era.It proposed that the new definition of Wushu was that it was a kind of human body fighting culture,which took“fist power”as the main content,traditional culture as the theoretical basis,“fist type”as the existing style,routine and fighting as the form.Wushu routine was sets of exercises or fighting composed of fist power,or continuous attack and defense based on fist power.It was not gymnastics or dancing.The“singles and doubles”competition system was effective.The scientific research should focus on the mechanism Taijiquan on health building.Based on the needs of the times,the multi functions of traditional Wushu fist types should be based on the social needs,development and innovation.The development of Wushu should put educating people in the first place.The international development of Wushu should focus on people s acceptance and spread of it in the foreign countries. |
