| 摘 要： | 本文基于中国制造业上市公司A股2007年至2009年三年数据,利用回归分析的方法分析了公司治理各因素对企业竞争优势的影响。实证结果表明,董事会规模与企业竞争优势存在正U型的关系,高管薪酬、实际控制人持股比例以及股权集中度都与企业竞争优势有着显著的正相关关系。

| Abstract: | Based on samples from the A-share listed companies of Chinese manufacturing industry during the period from 2005 to 2009,a regression analysis is done in this paper to give an analysis of effect of corporate governance's factors on enterprise competitive.In the empirical research,it is indicated that a U-shaped model is found between the board scale and enterprise competitive,and salary of high-level,actual controller's share proportion and ownership concentration have a significant positive correlation with enterprise competitive. |
