| 摘 要： | 在描述世界上几个主要国家教师专业化发展的状况和界定教师专业化发展的内涵的基础上,着重指出了高等师范院校的教师教育对教师专业化发展的作用,即:1．高等师范院校的教师教育有助于教师树立专业化发展的理念; 2．高等师范院校的教师教育有助于促进教师专业化发展的具体落实;3．高等师范院校的教师教育有助于正确引导教师专业化发展方向;4．高等师范院校的教师教育有助于开放型的教师教育体制的建设。

| Abstract: | In this essay the authors described the situation of teachers' specialization development in some main countries in the world and the intension to define the development of teachers'specialization, based on the above, the point out the affection of teachers'education in normal colleges to the development of teachers'specialization , i.e. 1. The concept that teachers'education in normal colleges is helpful to the development of teachers'specialization.2. Teachers'education in normal colleges is helpful to the practice of teachers'specialization. 3. Teachers'education in normal colleges is helpful to guide the development direction of teachers'specialization. 4. Teachers' education in normal colleges is helpful to the construction of teachers'specialization system in an open type. |
