| 摘 要： | 对减压液相柱色谱(VLC)装置进行了改进,使其更加简单、实用,并首次应用到贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的提取.并将结果与常压液相色谱相比较,减压液相柱色谱法具有分离快速,分离效能高,试剂消耗少,产率高等特点,结果非常令人满意.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the apparatus of VLC was improved,after improving,the apparatus is more simple and practical.And for the first time,we use the technique to separate hypericin from hypericum perforatum L.,the result was satisfactory. |
