| 摘 要： | 广东、辽宁、上海、江苏、北京、山东六省市是我国的传统竞技体育强省,六省市竞技体育后备人才培养的状况将在一定程度上影响着我国今后几年整体竞技体育在国际上的表现。笔者运用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对六省市的二线、三线的体育后备人才数量、质量、项目布局、培养途径和社会学因素进行了分析研究,为相关部门提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | Guangdong, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Beijing and Shandong are national traditional Athletic sports provinces. The training of reserve talents of athletic sports in these provinces will influence the development of China's athletic sports in some degree. The methods of documentation, interview, and statistics are adopted in this article. The quality and quantity of reserve talents, events arrange, training methods and sociologic elements of the second-level and the third-level in the six provinces are analyzed, which could provide some suggestions for the concerned departments. |
