| Abstract: | In this article,we aim at the actuality and the problems of the teaching ability of the Martial Art coaches of Fujian Young Physical Training School.We investigated and analysised the coaches' ability of innovation;teaching and training;command the compete;intercommunication;organization and management;study and reaserch,etc.We also put forward some strategies of how to improve their actuality from the six facets before. |
