| 摘 要： | 在我国，证人拒不作证，拒不出庭作证现象广泛存在，以及证人作伪证、证言内容失实等问题频繁发生。这些问题的形式原因是多方面的，通过分析这些原因，提出完善我国证人制度的若干构想，包括完善我国诉讼中证人资格问题、明确证人出庭范围、有效的证人出庭作证保障措施等。

| Abstract: | In our country,the phenomena such as wit ness refuses to testify or to a ppear in court,witness gives testimony that false or strays from the trueh are w idely existed.The canses of these problems have many aspects,By analysing these causes,I suggest to perfect witness system of our country,which includes the fol lawing aspects:setting up system of guatifications of witness,making clear a spe cific scope of witness and providing effective safeguard measwres for witnesses and so on . |
