| 摘 要： | 教育是自然人转变为社会人的决定因素。人是教育的根本,是教育的出发点,又是教育的归宿。一切教育必须以人为本,高校学生工作亦必须遵循这条规律。新时期高校学生工作要在教育观念、教育内容、教育方法等方面与时俱进不断创新,才能培养符合时代要求的高素质创新人才。

| Abstract: | Education is the crucial factor to change natural humankind into social humankind,human being are the base of education, the start point of education and the wholeness of education. Human being must be centered in education,the work for students in college must follow the orderliness. In this new period the work for students in college need to continue to innovate in the areas in education ideas, education contents, education methods and so on,by this we can cultivate high quality and relative students with abilities who suit this ear. |
