| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问法和实验法对高校女生开展软式排球运动的可行性进行研究。结果表明：在高校女生中开展软式排球，符合女生的心理、生理特点，深受大学女生喜欢，起到了既健身又健心的双重功效。建议：加大在高校女生中开展软式排球的宣传力度，让更多的女生参加进来；把软式排球教学列入教学大纲中；尽快研制出质量好、价格低廉的软式排球。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the possibility of popularizing soft volleyball among female college students by doing research on literature and questionnaire and presents the findings of fieldwork based on survey and experiment: soft volleyball has the characteristics suitable for female students on campus and so it is easily popular with them and has positive effects both physically and psychologically.This paper concludes with suggestions about how to popularize soft volleyball among female college students: to make a great effort to give publicity to the game so as to attract more participants;to make the soft volleyball project listed in teaching program;to manufacture brand-new soft volleyballs of good quality but low price. |
