| 摘 要： | 作为普通高校开设的一门公共基础课，大学生心理健康教育课在增加大学生心理健康知识，缓解大学生的心理压力，解决大学生的实际心理问题等方面发挥着重要的作用。但是，目前教学过程中存在着教学理念落后、教学模式单调和教学效果不理想等问题。面对问题，我们应创新教学模式、教学方法，加强心理健康教育师资力量建设、创新教学效果的评价体系、提高心理健康教学的实际效果，真正发挥大学生心理健康教育课应有的功能和作用。

| Abstract: | As a basic public course of universities and colleges, College Mental Health Education plays an important role in increasing college students＇ knowledge of mental health, easing their psychological pressure and solving their psychological problems. However, there exists such problems as backward teaching con- cept, monotonous teaching mode and dissatisfied teaching result. Facing the problems, they should innovate the teaching methods, strengthen the construction of mental health education teachers, innovate the evalua- tion system of teaching result, and improve the teaching the function of college mental health education. |
