高职教育“服务贡献”评价指标体系的构建与反思——基于《中国高等职业教育质量年度报告》的分析

摘    要:"服务贡献"被纳入高等职业教育质量评价体系是高等职业教育的本质使然,也是高等职业教育的实践表现,更是我国高等职业教育评价的重要内容。"服务贡献"在《中国高等职业教育质量年度报告》的指标体系中具有一定的稳定性,测量指标的设置具有动态发展性与导向性特征。从未来发展角度来看,对高等职业教育"服务贡献"的评价指标可以进一步细化与特色化,增强评价指标体系的客户立场,同时适当增加非量化与过程性的评价指标。

Construction of and Reflection on the Evaluation Index System of "Service Contribution" in Higher Vocational Education: An Analysis Based on Annual Report on the Quality of Higher Vocational Education in China

Abstract:It is the essence of higher vocational education that service contribution is included in the quality evaluation system of higher vocational education. It is also the practice performance of higher vocational education and important content of higher vocational education policy in China.Service contribution has certain stability in the evaluation index system applied in Annual Report on the Quality of Higher Vocational Education in China, and the setting of measurement indexes has the characteristics of dynamic development and guidance. From the perspective of future development, the evaluation indicators of service contribution can be further refined and characterized,the customer position can be enhanced and non-quantitative and procedural evaluation indicators can be appropriately added.
