| 摘 要： | 乡村振兴战略从乡村的产业、生态、乡风、治理、生活富裕角度确立了高职院校人才培养质量的价值导向。当前,高等职业教育专业设置和区域发展需求之间出现错位、"产教融合""校企合作""工学结合"的教学模式有待深化、"双师型"师资匮乏、人才培养质量标准的知识性倾向较严重等因素制约了人才培养质量的提升。有鉴于此,文章提出了提高人才培养质量的相关策略,为高职院校明确目标、完善理念、修正不足提供参考,以期更好地助力乡村振兴。

The Status Quo and Optimization of Talent Cultivation of Higher Vocational Education under the Strategy of Village Revitalization |

| Abstract: | The strategy of village revitalization establishes the value orientation of the talent cultivation in vocational colleges from the perspectives of rural industry, ecology, rural customs,governance, and affluence. At present, there is a dislocation between the professional setting of higher vocational education and regional development needs. The teaching models of "industry-education integration", "school-enterprise cooperation" and "work-learning integration" need to be improved. The "double-skilled" teacher shortage and a bias toward knowledge in personnel training standards restrict the improvement of talent quality. In view of this, the article proposes relevant strategies to improve the quality of talent cultivation, and provides a reference for vocational colleges to clarify goals, improve concepts, and correct shortcomings, in order to better help rural revitalization. |
