| 摘 要： | 文章首先通过对政策文件的系统梳理,回顾了我国对应用型人才培养的探索历程,进而明确了我国在政策层面对于应用型人才的重视程度在不断增强。然后以制造业强国和应用型人才培养强国之一的日本为研究对象,对其三种不同类型的应用型人才培养学校的特征进行系统的比较和梳理,分析三类学校应用型人才培养体系和特点的异同,对我国应用型人才培养具有极强的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper first reviews the exploration of application-oriented talent cultivation in China through a systematic review of policy documents, and then clarifies that China attaches increasing importance to application-oriented talent cultivation at the policy level. After that, three kinds of schools in Japan, a country famous for its manufacturing and application-oriented talent cultivation, are compared and analyzed to find their characteristics and differences in applicationoriented talent cultivation. The results of the comparative analysis are of great significance to the application-oriented talent cultivation in China. |
