| 摘 要： | 我国现有的教师教育模式存在着很大的不足,为了适应21世纪教育改革与发展,为了建设一支高素质的教师队伍,教师教育模式必须向新模式转变.本文从教师教育专业化思想的理论依托入手,分析了现有教师教育模式的弊端和新的教育模式特征,并介绍了反思型、体验型、实践型三种具体的教师教育模式.

| Abstract: | There are many shortcomings about the teaching mode of our country.To keep the development of 21st century and foster the teachers of high qualities the teachers should improve their teaching mode.The paper analyses the present teaching mode and it's characteristics and introduce us three new teaching modes: thinking,experiencing and practicing. |
