| 摘 要： | 建立公共决策的公众参与机制,是我国政治、经济改革深入发展的迫切需要,也是公共政策公平和完备的重要保证。协商政治的核心在于公众意见或意志的构建或形成,通过有效的协调体制与协商过程,达成利益表达、利益协调与利益实现。要在协商政治理念下完善公共政策中公众参与机制。

| Abstract: | A public participation in the public decision-making mechanism, it is an urgent need for China's political and economic reform in-depth development, also for the public policy of fairness and completeness of the important guarantee. The core of politi-cal consultation is form public opinion or the will through effective coordination system and the consultation process, and reached the interests of expression, to achieve coordination of interests and interests. We have to consult political ideas under perfect mechanism for public participation in public policy. |
