| Abstract: | This article inquires into the basic meaning of development and quality training of teachers-college students.It also probes into the main content,the way,the method and the evaluation standard.It forms a theoretical frame for the psychological development and training of the teachers-college students,and lays a foundation for quality-style teacher's training of our elementary education in the 21st century. |
