| 摘 要： | 人本管理是现代企业管理的一条主流思想,人本管理围绕着充分调动人的积极性,实现以人为中心和人得到全面发展的管理。而中国的职业俱乐部目前还处于初步发展规律阶段,尤其是在当前双轨制的体制下,如何发展,如何建设有中国特色的职业俱乐部,从人本管理的角度出发,试图探讨一条有利于中国职业俱乐部发展的途径。

| Abstract: | Humanistic management is a mainstream in current enterprise management.Humanistic management revolves to arouse person's enthusiasm fully,realize to take the human as the center and the human achieve the management of full scale development.But China's professional sports club,currently,is still at a preliminary stage of development,particularly under the current two-track's system.This article attempts to discuss one advantageous way for the development of Chinese Professional Club. |
