| 摘 要： | 大学的核心文化是大学在长期发展过程中形成并被抽象出来的共同意识和价值观念，它具有引领大学文化、思想潮流，抵制各种错误、腐朽思想的作用。当前，新建本科院校对核心文化建设缺少足够的重视，核心文化的影响力弱。新建本科院校建设核心文化，既要深入挖掘核心文化的内涵又要提升文化的层次和品位，并通过营造环境展现核心文化，充分发挥核心文化在学校建设发展中的作用。

| Abstract: | ：The core culture of university is a common consciousness and value mat nave iormeo anu been abstracted in long - term development of university. The core culture of university can guide the university culture and ideological trend and resist a variety of wrong and decayed thoughts. Today, lacking sufficient attention to the core cultural construction, the influence of core culture is weak in the newly - built universities. So creating the core culture, we should take first to excavate connotation in depth, and secondly we should create the conditions to propagate and reveal the core culture and fully make the core culture had a role to play in development of universities. |
